_________________________________________________________________________
Beth Thomas, once
labeled the “Child of Rage” by HBO, is now a pediatric nurse.
She is no longer a child of rage but a phenomenal woman.
Beth knows what it is like to be an angry, defiant, destruc-tive child. She once was one.
Beth has unique insights into the mind of a challenging child with Reactive At-tachment Disorder (RAD). Her life of survival and victory brings hope and understanding to parents and professionals working to heal a wounded child. She shares her experience and wisdom with love and laughter.
Beth gives a deeper understanding of Reactive Attachment Disorder from the inside out. She shares effective tools to make a difference with chal-lenging children. Most of all she gives hope in a hopelessly exhausting situation, empowering parents with a positive vision for their child’s future.
Beth is returning to the ARC for a second year in a row at the request of many parents who attended the conference. We welcome Beth back in anticipa-tion of great healing within families affected by adoption.
